Innovative Aluminum Systems, Inc. is pleased to welcome Jim M. Szlabon to the Innovative sales team. With over 12 years of railing experience, Jim's vast knowledge of the aluminum railing and decking industry will not only benefit IASI but also the company's growing family of distributors and dealers.

For the past 8 years Jim has been employed by one of the leading waterproofing and railing manufacturers in the decking and railing industry, serving as that company's National Sales and Marketing Manager. In total Jim has over 25 years of operations and manufacturing process experience.

Jim’s primary focus at Innovative will be to develop the company's distributor and dealer base in North America. His past achievements and ability to strive to be the best makes him the right choice and fit to join Innovative's business development sales team.
